These states are doing a horrible job of containing the coronavirus

Some US states are seeing a clear decline in the number of new coronavirus cases, while others are seeing huge spikes. Many southern states that began to life restrictions earlier than was advised are now paying the price with dramatic increases in the number of sick people in hospitals.
